The questions readers ask around a reasoning: why one cannot be started, how to read the columns of a result, what to do when a run ends badly, and what happens to your history over time. The steps are in Running a reasoning and Reasonings & history.
Why can't I run my application?
Because it is not active yet. An application only activates once it has a model, at least one instruction and at least one data field — until then Activate my application answers Please check the configuration. and the application stays out of reach of the console. See Building an app.
What do WEB and API mean in the Origin column?
WEB is a reasoning you started yourself on the site; API is one started by one of your own systems through a project API key. The two values are shown as they are, in every language.
Why do Response, Duration and Tokens read Not provided?
Because those three are only known once the reasoning has finished. A run still in progress has no duration, no token count and no response yet, so each cell shows Not provided — the same placeholder appears under Model when the model was not recorded.
My run failed with "Unable to process the request." — what now?
The reasoning reached the model but could not be completed. The run stays in your history with its error status, and you are e-mailed once about that failure. Send the request again; if it keeps failing, use the ticket area at the bottom of these help pages.
Can I send the same request again?
Yes. In a reasoning list, click View on the row: the application reopens with the values of that run already in the fields, so clicking Send starts a new one with them. It is a new reasoning, not a retry: the earlier one keeps its own row in your history.
How long are my past reasonings kept?
There is no expiry. Your reasonings are kept for as long as the project exists, and every one of them stays readable with its data and its response, whatever its status. The All reasonings tab pages through the whole history rather than a recent window, so the oldest run you ever made is still reachable.
How do I find an old reasoning?
Three routes, all described in Reasonings & history: the All reasonings tab lists everything the project has run, the Search tab finds one by its content, and an application's own History tab narrows the list to that application.
I deleted an application — do its reasonings disappear?
No. Deleting an application only takes it out of your lists; nothing is actually removed. Its past reasonings stay in your history, still carrying the application's name, and still openable.
Why can't I publish my application to the catalog?
Two conditions are checked. If it is not active you get The application must be active to be published.; if it has no logo, Your application needs an image logo before it can be published to the catalog. See The app catalog.
I lost my API key — can I see it again?
No. The full key is shown once, right after creation, with the warning copy this key now, it will not be shown again. If you no longer have it, create a new key and stop using the old one — see Project API keys.
What does disabling an API key do?
It cuts the key off without deleting it: the key details screen states Disabling the key immediately blocks every call that uses it. The key stays in the list with the Disabled status, and you can set it back to Active.
