Invoices
Every payment for your project — a plan you subscribed to, a monthly renewal, or a one-off pack — produces an invoice. The Invoices tab of the billing screen lists them all for the current project, most recent first, and lets you download each one as a PDF for your own records. Invoices are read-only: nothing here changes your plan.
Find your invoices
Everything you have paid for in this project is listed on one tab.
- Open the billing screen and click the Invoices tab.
- Read the table row by row:
- Number — the invoice number, also used as the name of the downloaded file.
- Status — where the invoice stands; a paid invoice is marked as such.
- Date — the date the invoice was issued.
- Description — what was bought, for example the plan or the pack.
- Payment — the payment method used, with its logo.
- Amount — the total charged, in the currency of the payment.
If you have not paid for anything yet, the tab shows No invoices yet.
Note — The list is per project. Switch project first if you are looking for an invoice that belongs to another one.
Note — Only real invoices are listed. Internal bookkeeping entries — such as the zero-amount row that anchors a free plan's billing cycle — are not shown, so every row you see has a number and an amount you were actually charged.
Download an invoice
Any invoice that has a number is available as a PDF.
- On the Invoices tab, find the row you need.
- Click Invoice at the end of the row.
The PDF opens or downloads depending on your browser. It repeats the Invoice number and the date, your Bill to address as entered in your billing information, a Description / Qty / Unit price / Amount breakdown, the Subtotal, Total and, when the invoice is paid, the Amount paid and a Payment history block with the payment method, date and amount.
Note — An invoice with no number cannot be downloaded, so its row has no Invoice button.
Tip — The Bill to block is read from your project's billing information every time you open the invoice, not frozen at the time of the order. Correct a company name or an address in Billing information, then download the invoice again to get the corrected version.
