Workspace overview
Your workspace is the place where you and your team get the day-to-day work done. After signing in you land on a dashboard that summarises your current project, and a left navigation gives access to everything else.
Getting started
- Sign in with your email and password. If your account is new, you may be
asked to verify your email and phone the first time.
- Pick or create a project — every workspace is organised around projects.
- Invite your team — add collaborators so they can work alongside you.
What you will find
Two menus in the top bar hold your account and your projects, whatever your brand offers:
- My account — opens your profile: your identity, your connected devices and
your security settings.
- The project switcher, headed My projects — lists the projects you belong to.
Below them, All projects opens the full list and New project starts a new one. Your email address and Log out sit at the bottom of the same menu.
The left navigation then holds:
- Dashboard — an at-a-glance view of what you still need to set up.
- The sections your brand has activated, grouped under headings. Which ones you
see depends on what your service includes, so your navigation may not match another workspace's.
- At the bottom: Documentation, Send feedback, About your brand, then
System and Application.
Note — Team and collaborators are managed inside a project, not from the left navigation. Open the project, then its Team tab. See Team & collaborators.
Your account & security
From your profile you can check the devices currently connected to your account and sign out the ones you do not recognise. You will also be notified whenever a new connection is detected, so you can react quickly if it was not you.
Open the help center
You can reach this help center from anywhere in the workspace.
- In the left navigation, scroll to the bottom.
- Click Documentation.
The help center opens in your interface language, so you can look up how any area works while you keep your workspace open.
Tip — Just below it, Send feedback takes you to the form where you can tell us what you think or report a problem. See Profile & security. Under that, About your brand opens your brand's public website.
Below those, after a separating line, the System and Application links show which versions your workspace runs and open the Release page.
Next steps
Use the navigation to open any area. Each topic opens with a one-line summary of what the page is for, then covers the typical tasks step by step.
