THINKHX

Accounts & access

Short answers to the questions readers ask before they get to a specific screen: what you need to start, why what you see is scoped to one project, who is allowed to do what, and where your plan and usage figures live. Where an answer needs steps, it points at the guide that has them.

Do I need an account and a project to use thinkhx?

Yes. You sign in with your own account, and everything you do happens inside a project — applications, reasonings, plan and invoices all belong to a project. Signing in and the project you land on are covered by Getting started.

Everything I see belongs to one project — how do I look at another?

Every list, figure and invoice on screen is scoped to the project you are working in. Open My account at the top right and pick a project under My projects to switch to it; All projects opens the full list once you have three or more, and New project starts another one.

NoteMy projects shows up to four projects. Beyond that, use All projects.

Which actions need administrator rights?

There are two roles on a project, Administrator and User. Creating an API key, opening a key's details, adding or removing someone from the team and creating a project are reserved to an administrator — a User who opens one of those screens is sent back to the previous page. See Project API keys.

I have administrator rights but the order button is greyed out — why?

Ordering is not a question of role: a one-off pack needs a payment method to be available. When there is none, the Order a pack screen shows No payment method is configured. Please add a payment method before placing an order. and its button stays disabled. The ordering steps are in Plans & billing.

Where can I see my plan and how much of my allowance is left?

In My account at the top right: it shows your plan name, the share of your monthly allowance already used with a coloured bar, and a Buy or upgrade link. The dashboard repeats the same figures in its Plan usage card, and Usage & consumption breaks them down over time.

In which language are the pages shown?

In the language you pick on the sign-in screen, from the language list beside the country list; the site reloads in that language and keeps it. There is no language setting inside your project.

Where are the Privacy policy and the Terms of use?

Privacy policy and Terms of use are linked at the bottom of the subscription and order screens — the plan choice, the billing information step, the Buy or upgrade screen and the checkout.

Note — For anything a general answer cannot settle, use the ticket area at the bottom of these help pages.
