Release

The Release page shows which versions your workspace is running and the history of what has shipped to it. It tracks two independent streams: System, the underlying system, and Application, your brand's own feature set. Use it to confirm what is live before you report an issue, or to check whether a recent change has reached you and when. The page is read-only and has three tabs — Overview, System and Application.

See which versions your workspace runs

Start here to read the current version of each stream.

1. In the left navigation, scroll to the bottom and click System (the

underlying system) or Application (your brand's features). Both links open the Release page on its Overview tab.

1. Read the two cards:

• System — the version of the system your workspace runs on.
• Application — the version of your brand's own features.

Each card shows the version number prefixed with v, for example v1.2.33, with a short note about that release underneath it.

Note — The note appears only when that release has one; a version with no note shows the number alone.

Note — When a version isn't available yet — for example on a fresh workspace that hasn't cut its first release — the card shows No version yet in place of a number.

Tip — The System and Application links sit at the very bottom of the left navigation, below Documentation, Send feedback and About your brand, separated from them by a line. Each one carries its own version number next to the label (System v1.2.33) as soon as that version is known, so you can read both versions from anywhere in the workspace without opening the page.

See the latest releases across both streams

The Overview tab also lists the most recent releases from both streams together, so you can see the latest activity at a glance.

1. Open the Release page and stay on the Overview tab.
2. Below the two cards, read the Recent releases table. It shows the 10 most

recent releases, newest first, with these columns:

• Type — whether the release belongs to System or Application.
• Version — the version number, prefixed with v.
• Published on — the date that release was published.
• Installed on — the date it reached your workspace.
• Description — a short note about what the release contains.

Note — The Recent releases heading and table appear only once your workspace has a release history. Until then, the Overview tab shows just the two version cards.

Browse the full history of one stream

When you want every release of a single stream — not just the 10 most recent — open its dedicated tab.

1. Open the Release page.
2. Click the System tab for the underlying system, or the Application tab for

your brand's features.

1. Read the table. It lists every release of that stream, newest first, with the

Version, Published on (when it was published), Installed on (when it reached your workspace) and Description columns.

There is no Type column on these two tabs: every row belongs to the stream whose tab you are on.

Note — A stream with no releases yet shows No version yet in place of the table.

Note — A date cell is left empty when that date isn't recorded — for example Installed on for a release that hasn't reached your workspace yet.
